One of the first days of class for new students is their Laptop Orientation Day. We set aside an entire day to go over everything that students need to know. Starting at turning on their laptop, we guide them through everything they need to know, as if they had never used an Apple computer before. Three CRAS Teams, Each Comprised of 10-12 Broadcast Engineering Students Apiece, Trained in the CRAS Broadcast Trailer at Chase Field Aug. 5-7

Phoenix, Ariz., August 9, 2016 – The Conservatory of Recording Arts & Sciences (CRAS; www.cras.edu), the premier institution for audio engineering education, is proud to announce that its students had the opportunity to practice mixing live audio and video feeds from FOX SPORTS in the school’s 42-ft. remote-production mobile broadcast trailer during a three-game Arizona Diamondbacks home stand versus the Milwaukee Brewers Aug. 5-7 at Chase Field.
